Keith Farabee
Owner
Keith is a graduate of Indiana University and began his career as a Financial Advisor. He transitioned from managing investment portfolios and entered the Real Estate field in 2009 to start working with real estate investors. He has helped his clients acquire rental properties as well as manage their homes. Keith is also an investor in Real Estate himself so he understands the issues that come along with Real Estate Investing.
Amanda Farabee
Owner
Amanda is the office manager at CityPlace. She handles onboarding, contracts, and the day-to-day activities of the company. She has been in real estate since 2014. Before that, she worked in the health insurance field for 15+ years which gave her the skills to be organized and detail oriented, two very important tools when it comes to managing hundreds of rental properties. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, wineries, and camping in a RV with her husband and dog Quinn.
Josh Compton
Owner
With 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and licensed General Contractor, Josh has overseen the completion of nearly 1,000 projects. Based in Central Indiana with a family of four, Josh is deeply rooted in his community.
